I am writing to you to express my deep and sincere satisfaction with Mrs. Diane Mitchell during our recent home purchase in St, James Plantation.


What distinctly stood out about Diane was her responsiveness to all of our questions and concerns about the house in particular and the buying process in general. Her response time was impressive; often immediate or just minutes later. For questions that required interaction with the seller, she kept us apprised when we could expect an answer.


She paid meticulous attention to details; particularly the resolution of the home inspection issues. We were very impressed with the professional documentation she generated detailing each issue and how it was to be resolved. This eliminated ambiguities for both the buyers and sellers and seemed to make the process go without a hitch.


Diane possesses a wealth of information about St James and the Southport area which helped us to understand and appreciate our purchase and future move.
